Flava Fashions returns policy
If you are not satisfied with any items received you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt of delivery (charges may apply, these are detailed below), you can exchange your item within a period of 28 days from receipt of your order. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Exchanges/Credit Vouchers
We will happily swap your item over for another from Flava Fashions however we are only able to exchange to items as shown online, should your required size or colour option not be shown online then that item would not be available to exchange to.
Please note that if you originally qualified for free shipping you will incur a charge of £3.00 (UK only*) for reshipping your exchanged item.
Flava Fashions will exchange an item any number of times within a 28 day period, however a shipping fee is incurable for each exchange processed.
A credit note will allow you to shop at Flava Fashions in the future at your own pleasure, thus allowing you to take advantage of new offers and products. Please note that credit note values do not cover postage costs should you spend less than the free shipping amount.
Original postage costs of £3.95* (or whatever your original postage cost was) are non refundable. A 5% restocking fee is applicable on all orders. This also applies to orders that originally qualified for free shipping. These charges will be reflected in any refund made via the payment method you originally used.
Buyers are responsible for all return postage costs, for your protection we recommend that you use either a RoyalMail Recorded or Special Delivery service depending on your item value – please note that we cannot provide a refund or exchange until a return has successfully reached Flava Fashions!
Should you envisage shopping at Flava Fashions in the future we recommend you opt for a Flava Fashions credit note voucher.
Please allow upto 14 working days for your return or exchange to be processed from date of receipt. Most returns are processed within half this time frame.
Defective/Incorrect Items
We endeavor to maintain high levels of quality in our service and products, however in the event that the item you received is either damaged or incorrect we will
happily provide an exchange to a new item and will cover reasoble return shipping costs upto 1st class recorded delivery. Please follow the returns guide detailed below and
please state the reason for your return when completing our online returns form.
The Returns Process:

Please login to your Flava Fashions account, click on Order History and search for your placed order.

Click on the Returns button and complete the Create returns request form. (Note: If your item is not available from the list of items then the item in question is listed as a non refundable item, e.g. personalised or sealed media*).

Once a customer support member has reviewed your request you will be emailed with confirmation of an ‘authorised’ return. Once received please log back into your Flava Fashions account, select the order for which a return was requested and click on the returns link. You will be able to review the request for return made and print an RMA slip, this should be appended to the front of your package - this includes a return address and RMA number (allows us to process your package promptly upon return).
Please package your item as securely as is was sent (hats should not be squashed/creased, tags should still be appended, items should not have been worn, etc). – Should your item arrive in a condition which is deemed unsaleable your return will be declined. Goods claimed to be damaged and without original appended tags may also be declined.
* Non-returnable items include: DVD’s, CD’s, customised clothing and accessories, Earrings and any other sealed item.
Flava Fashions cannot be held responsible for an returned package until it has reached our premises, thus we always advise using a traceable service such as RoyalMails Recorded Delivery service for example.
* This charge is for UK customers only, international customers are charged international postage rates defined by Flava Fashions shipping section.
